1. General Provisions

joyq9 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the joyq9 website and all related services.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms apply to users located in Bangladesh and have been drawn up in the Bengali language. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at joyq9 and use the services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The user must create the account in their own name and on their own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• The account is for personal use only; using it for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

joyq9 may request additional documents for verification at any time. If the user fails to provide accurate information, the account may be suspended or cancelled.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, joyq9 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. At the time of withdrawal, or at any time at the platform's discretion, the user may be asked to submit identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Withdrawals may not be processed until this process is completed.

3. Age Verification

joyq9 is strictly for adults. Participation on this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above.

If a minor creates an account or uses the services, their account and all transactions will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of adult users to ensure that minors do not have access to their computer or device.

4. Account Security

The account holder is fully responsible for their account username and password. The user must:

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Not share their login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Immediately notify our support team if any unauthorised activity is noticed on the account.

joyq9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from account use by a third party, unless it is directly due to our own negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• When making a deposit, the user must use a payment account registered in their own name.
• Depositing funds from another person's payment account or from unknown sources is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

joyq9 offers a welcome bonus for new members. All terms related to bonuses are listed below:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to accounts where real money has been deposited.
• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per person / household / device / IP address.
• The validity period of a bonus is calculated from the date of the deposit; if wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• joyq9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If any irregularity or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting activities on joyq9:

• A bet will not be accepted if the user's account does not have a sufficient balance.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, unless the event was affected by a technical error on the platform.
• For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant organising body.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• joyq9 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being offered.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joyq9:

• Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Providing false information, identity theft, or using another person's account.
• Bot Use: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion: Coordinating between multiple accounts to unfairly obtain bonuses or winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Following artificial betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software, or databases.

If any of the above activities are proven, joyq9 may immediately close the account, cancel the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by joyq9

joyq9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Long periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time by notifying the support team in writing. Before closing the account, all active bonus requirements must be met and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

joyq9 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, third-party software errors, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes:

• Losses during server downtime or maintenance.
• Delays by third-party payment providers.
• Losses due to issues with the user's own device or network.
• Software errors from approved third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.).
